A day of exploring sound as a way of listening, connecting and holding space
Step into a day of deep listening, sacred sound and ceremony co-creation.
Listening is more than hearing. It is attention, presence, relationship and the ability to notice what is happening beneath the obvious.
This day explores sound and ceremony as ways of deepening awareness — of ourselves, one another and the spaces we create together.
Together we’ll explore:
The foundations of sound as ceremony
How to listen with body, bone, and breath
Practical techniques with singing bowls, gongs and other percussion instruments
The structure of ceremony and the elements of sacred space
How to weave sound with intention, intuition, and sensitivity
The creation of a collective sound ceremony
In this immersive workshop we explore sound not as performance, but as a doorway into presence, intuition, and the subtle language of energy. Through guided practices, simple instruments, silence and ceremony, we learn to listen with the whole body and to use sound as a bridge between the seen and unseen.
Who is this for?
The day is suitable for facilitators, practitioners, teachers, therapists, group leaders and anyone interested in developing a deeper relationship with sound, listening and self.
This workshop also serves as an introduction to a year-long The Way of Sacred Sound training for those curious about taking their next step.
