A grounded path into the practice and art of working with sound

A One-Year Training in Sound, Ceremony & Facilitation

The Way of Sacred Sound is a year-long practitioner training for those who feel called to work with sound as more than a relaxation tool.

This immersive training explores sound as a pathway to presence, connection and ceremony. Through five in-person training weekends, guided practice, case studies, personal growth and mentoring support, students will develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to facilitate sound-based ceremonies and experiences in their own unique way.

It is a training in listening.

→ Listening to sound.

→ Listening to people.

→ Listening to the space.

→ Listening to what is needed in the moment.

Throughout the year we will explore both the practical and subtle aspects of working with sound, learning how to create experiences that are grounded, responsive, safe and deeply meaningful.

Why one year training?

We live in a culture that often seeks quick results and fast qualifications. Yet the skills required to hold space for others cannot be rushed.

Learning to play an instrument can happen in a weekend.

Learning to facilitate meaningful experiences with sound takes time.

The Way of Sacred Sound has been designed as a year-long journey because this work is not only about techniques, instruments or following a script. It is about developing presence, confidence, discernment and the ability to listen deeply to what is happening within yourself, within a group and within the wider field of a ceremony.

Throughout the year students are given time to learn, practise, reflect, make mistakes, receive feedback and gradually grow into their role as facilitators. Rather than leaving with information alone, students leave with practical experience gained through supervised practice, case studies, mentoring and repeated opportunities to facilitate.

This slower, deeper approach creates stronger foundations, greater confidence and a level of embodied understanding that cannot be gained through a short course alone.

My intention is not simply to teach people how to play instruments.

My intention is to support the development of practitioners who can hold space with integrity, sensitivity and skill.

A Journey of Becoming

The Way of Sacred Sound is not only about learning instruments and how to facilitate a sound bath. This training is about developing the capacity to listen deeply, hold space skilfully and work with sound as a living, responsive practice.

It is a journey from listening...

to holding...

to facilitating...

to becoming.

About Your Facilitator

The Way of Sacred Sound is facilitated by Monika, founder of Rainbow Vibrations that is now The Way of the BoneHearth) and creator of The Way of Sacred Sound.

For more than 15 years, I have worked with sound, ceremony, ritual, meditation and transformational practices, holding space for individuals and groups across a wide range of settings.

My work brings together extensive experience in sound facilitation, ceremonial practice, priestess training, hypnotherapy, meditation and nervous system awareness.

What makes my approach distinctive is its balance of practical skill and lived experience. Rather than teaching fixed formulas or one-size-fits-all methods, I guide students to develop the capacity to listen deeply, respond authentically and work with sound as a living relationship.

My teaching is grounded in real-world facilitation experience, gained through years of leading sound journeys, ceremonies, workshops and women's circles.

Students are encouraged not to become copies of me, but to discover their own authentic voice while developing the confidence, competence and integrity needed to facilitate others.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief:

Sound is not simply something we play. It is something we listen to, respond to and enter into relationship with.

This training is an invitation to walk that path.
